Marco e Valentina promuovono una visione dell’uomo e della natura integra, non separata. Il loro obbiettivo è quello di creare un organismo agricolo connesso tra il mondo umano, animale, vegetale e minerale. Il rispetto per l’ambiente è fondamentale e tutte le pratiche che utilizzano in vigneto e in cantina mirano a questo.
Per questo dal 2015 non utilizzano prodotti chimici in vigneto, in modo da restituire alla terra e alle piante la vitalità persa da anni di agricoltura convenzionale.
A partire dal 2020 l’azienda agricola è certificata biologica.
In vigneto vengono utilizzate pratiche fitoterapiche, biodinamiche e prodotti lattofermentati.
Nel 2022 sono state integrate nei vigneti le api e un giardino di erbe aromatiche, con l’obbiettivo di creare biodiversità e l’autoproduzione di una parte delle erbe officinali che vengono utilizzate nei decotti per i vigneti.

Marco and Valentina promote a vision of mankind and nature as whole, not separated. Their aim is to create an agricultural organisation which interconnects the human, animal, vegetal and mineral worlds. Respect of the environment is fundamental and all the activities in the Cantina are carried out in this light.
For this reason, since 2015 no chemical products are used on the vineyards, in order to return the natural vitality to the soil and the plants that has been taken away from years of traditional farming methods.
On the vineyards are used phytotherapic and biodynamic methods, and lacto-fermented products.
Furthermore, to create more biodiversity, fruit trees, vegetables, aromatic and medicinal herbs have been planted and hives have been installed to favour the presence of bees. The same medicinal herbs cultivated on the premises are then used to prepare the decoction for the vines.
You must, in studying Nature, always consider both each single thing and the whole: nothing is inside and nothing is outside, for what is within is without.
